The Pilsen price list

Our prices are set for Pilsen and they are fixed: what you click in the order is what you pay, and the sum does not move during the clean. A window is 199 CZK, the inside of an oven 319 CZK, an extractor hood 319 CZK, a microwave 165 CZK, carpet cleaning 89 CZK per square metre and ironing 319 CZK per hour. The minimum order is 959 CZK for a flat, 650 CZK for furniture cleaning and 1 000 CZK after renovation. The base clean is priced by the number of rooms and bathrooms, because time goes on edges, furniture and sanitary ware rather than on square metres.

When Pilsen books cleaning

The season here is easy to read. In June and September students move in and out of the rentals around the university campus on Bory, usually at short notice and against a fixed handover date. After winter comes the wave of window cleaning, with dust from traffic and from the Bory industrial zone sitting on the glass. In autumn owners of short-let flats call before Viktoria matches and Pilsner Fest, needing the flat turned around between two guests. These dates pile into single weeks, so book early.

How it works

The order form takes a few minutes: rooms, bathrooms and any extras. We work in Pilsen and in the surrounding villages; once you enter the address you see whether travel to your location carries a surcharge. You pay by card or in cash after the clean and get a receipt. For a regular arrangement you keep the same team and the same slot. We also work on Saturdays, which usually decides handovers — the date rarely moves and Friday is not enough for everything.

What we bring

Products and equipment come with us, vacuum cleaner included, so there is nothing for you to prepare. If a surface at home takes only one specific product — oiled wood, natural stone on a worktop — put it in the note and the crew will plan for it. The same goes for a pet: fur in upholstery needs a different head and extra time.
