Payment only after cleaning

Malesice is the borough of Pilsen 9 on the north-western edge — two hundred and twenty-seven houses and just under eight hundred residents, one of the smallest parts of the city. It was joined to Pilsen only on 1 January 2003 and has kept its village character entirely. The landmark is the baroque chateau of 1730 designed by Jakub Auguston, rebuilt a storey higher after the fire of 1948.
The housing is detached and jobs come for whole houses rather than single rooms. The team’s route out here is put together in advance, so the date is agreed with some lead time and the “any time of day” option works best: we confirm the exact hour the day before. Nothing is added for Malesice being on the edge.
From floor area and the number of storeys. The attic and cellar count if they are cleared and reached by a fixed staircase; farm buildings do not. Rates are in the house cleaning price list and the scope is described on house cleaning in Pilsen.
Most houses have their own heat source and fine ash spreads through the interior. A cloth lifts it from smooth surfaces, but not from carpets and upholstery — extraction does. Carpet cleaning costs CZK 89 per square metre and is most often booked together with the spring clean so that one visit is enough.
The population is growing and finished new builds are appearing with it. The first clean after the trades is different work from the ordinary kind: construction dust acts as an abrasive, so it is removed dry and in several passes, at CZK 39 per square metre with a CZK 1,000 minimum.
Next door are Radčice and Křimice; the nearest city borough is Pilsen 3.
Yes, and with no distance surcharge: travel within Pilsen is included. It is just worth naming the date early — the route to this edge of the city is planned with some lead time.
It costs less, because the job is fitted into a free window in the route. We confirm the exact hour the day before, so you are not left waiting to find out on the morning itself.
No, that is different work with different equipment. The living quarters, attic and cellar we do clean, provided they are cleared and reached by a fixed staircase.
