Křimice forms the self-governing borough of Pilsen 5 on the western edge of the city, by the Mže. It was joined to Pilsen in 1976 but has kept its village character — continuous urban development has still not reached it. Over two thousand people live here in roughly five hundred houses, and the landmark is the chateau of 1732, built on the site of an older fort, whose park is open to the public.
The housing is overwhelmingly detached, so the price is calculated from floor area and the number of storeys. A typical Křimice house has around a hundred and twenty square metres, two storeys and a garden — two people for most of the day. Rates are in the price list and the scope is described on house cleaning in Pilsen.
The largest share of the time goes on the entrance area, the hall and the stairs rather than the living room — with a garden that holds all year, in spring for the soil, in autumn for the leaves. It is worth writing in the order so the team starts there while the water is still clean.
Mostly in spring, when the whole house is done at once after winter, and in a second wave before Christmas. Both are good moments to combine cleaning with the windows: CZK 199 per opening, minimum five, which a house always reaches — the rates are in the window cleaning price list.
You see the amount in the calculator before you submit the order and it does not change on site. If it turns out there is more work, an extra hour is CZK 319 — and the team leader says so in advance, not when it is time to pay.
We park right by the house and carry nothing. We navigate by the chateau and its park; travel within Pilsen adds nothing.
To the east Skvrňany, to the north Radčice; the nearest borough hub is Pilsen 3.
Usually two: on a hundred and twenty square metres over two storeys one person would need the whole day, while two fit it into most of it. What is charged, though, is the area and the storeys, not the number of cleaners.
Yes, note it in the order and the calculation follows the area to be cleaned. On a regular interval, though, the whole house is usually better value: the difference is smaller than it looks, and the upper floor otherwise collects dust.
No, it is a separate service: CZK 199 per opening with a minimum of five. A house with a garden reaches that on the ground floor, so windows are usually taken together with the spring clean — one visit instead of two.
