The base clean covers the whole flat: floors in every room, free surfaces, the kitchen units from the outside, the sink and hob, the bathroom and toilet including the tiling around them, mirrors, taking out the rubbish and making the bed. The kitchen, the hallway and the space between rooms are part of the base and are not charged separately — that is the question we get most often before an order.
Anything that takes its own time is priced separately: the inside of an oven 319 CZK, an extractor hood 319 CZK, a microwave 165 CZK, windows 199 CZK each, carpet cleaning 89 CZK per square metre and a sofa 825 CZK. Emptying and washing the inside of cupboards is also ordered separately. This is not an attempt to fragment the price — it is so the order matches what you actually need and you do not pay for an oven you never use.
In panel flats on Košutka, in Bolevec and on Vinice most of the time goes on the kitchen and the bathroom. In older tenement buildings in the town centre and Jižní Předměstí there are high ceilings, deep window sills and original floors that must not be flooded. In new builds on Bory the large glazed areas and glossy fronts decide the job; they are polished dry. In family houses in Litice, Černice or Křimice a staircase and a second storey are added. Put the type of housing in the order so the crew brings the right equipment.
We do not remove waste in quantities beyond an ordinary bin, we do not wash façades or windows from the outside at heights needing a platform, and we do not do small repairs or assembly. We also do not clean spaces where building work is under way — afterwards yes, at 39 CZK per square metre. If you are unsure whether something falls within the scope, put it in the note: we answer before confirming the order, not after arriving.
For a two-room flat in ordinary condition allow about three hours, and proportionally more for a larger one. Time grows mainly with the number of bathrooms and with the extras: an oven and a hood add nearly an hour, because the product has to sit. So it makes little sense to plan the slot to butt straight up against a handover — an hour of slack saves both sides some nerves.
For flats being handed to an owner or an agency it is practical to book the clean for the day before, not the day of the handover: that leaves room to settle the small things that only show up once the flat is clean. With a written handover protocol that is the difference between a calm signature and hunting for a cloth five minutes before the meeting. If a cellar or a balcony is part of the handover, say so in advance: neither is in the base clean, but both can be added and the crew then plans the time for them.
