Cleaning after painting in Pilsen from CZK 959 — at the ordinary rate. If the work was only painting and nothing was sanded, the post-renovation rate of CZK 39 per square metre does not apply. Book cleaning after painting
One thing decides it: whether anything was sanded. Paint on its own falls in drops and splashes that can be removed spot by spot. Sanding filler or old paint, by contrast, produces fine sharp dust that spreads through the whole flat and has to be removed dry, in several passes — and that is what makes cleaning after renovation more expensive. Tell us at the order stage what exactly was done and we will price it correctly.
Drops on the floor and window sills, shoe prints, remnants of masking film and tape, pressed outlines where furniture stood against the wall, and dust from the dust sheets. We remove paint drops from floors, tiles and glass; from textiles and upholstery usually not — paint dries into the fibre and cannot be pulled out without damage.
Splashes on glass come off with a blade, not a cloth. Window cleaning is CZK 199 per opening with a five-piece minimum; after painting that usually means a whole room at once, because splashes travel higher than you would expect.
After the painters have taken away the film and the ladders. Cleaning between dust sheets is pointless: they still have to come out and the dust will settle again. Rates are in the price list.
By the sanding. Without it there is no abrasive dust, so the ordinary rate from CZK 959 applies rather than CZK 39 per square metre with a CZK 1,000 minimum.
From textiles and upholstery usually not: paint dries into the fibre and cannot be removed without damaging the pile. From floors, tiles and glass we do remove it.
Once the film, tape and ladders are gone. Cleaning between dust sheets means doing the work twice — they still have to be removed and the dust settles again.
