Flats and family houses in Pilsen
The price is worked out from the number of rooms and bathrooms, not from square metres. The reason is practical: two areas of the same size take different amounts of time depending on how many edges, pieces of furniture and sanitary fittings are in them. The minimum order is 959 CZK and you see the whole amount while filling in the form, before you send it.
A panel flat, a tenement and a new build are cleaned differently
In panel flats on Košutka and in Bolevec most of the work is in the kitchen and bathroom: the surfaces are small but full of edges and hold grease. In older tenements in the town centre and Jižní Předměstí it is high ceilings, deep sills and original floors that must not be flooded. New builds on Bory have large glazed areas and glossy kitchen fronts where every streak shows, so they are polished dry. Family houses in Litice, Černice or Křimice mean a staircase and a second storey, and there it is sensible to agree the scope in advance.
What the base clean includes
Vacuuming and mopping floors in every room, wiping free surfaces, the kitchen units from the outside, the sink and hob, the bathroom and toilet including the tiling around them, mirrors, taking out the rubbish and making the bed. Kitchen and hallway are part of the base and are not charged separately. The inside of an oven, the hood, the fridge, windows or sofa cleaning are separate items because they take their own time — you add them with one click.

Rates are fixed and apply across the city. A window is 199 CZK, an oven 319 CZK, a hood 319 CZK, a microwave 165 CZK, a bathroom beyond the base 330 CZK, a hallway 110 CZK and carpet cleaning 89 CZK per square metre. None of it is recalculated by how long the work actually took: if the oven needs an hour and a half instead of an hour, the price stands.
One-off or regular
A one-off clean makes sense before a move, after guests, or when a flat is handed to a new tenant. With a regular arrangement you keep a fixed slot and the same team, who already know where your cleaning products live and which rooms need more time. That is the main difference between the two: the regular visit is usually faster at the same scope, and therefore cheaper.
