After every completed order the client gets a link to rate the work. The reviews on this page are from people who actually ordered cleaning from us in Pilsen — we do not buy them and we do not rewrite the texts. They are published under the name the client chose to give.

What we do with complaints

When something goes wrong we would rather hear it from you than read it in a public review. Write to us within two days of the clean and we agree on a fix: most often the crew comes back free of charge to the spot where the problem stayed. A complaint is handled by a person, not a form, and we answer at weekends too.

A rating is not just a number on the website: it goes straight to the cleaning crew and feeds into how many jobs they get. So it is worth writing down even the small thing that annoyed you — for us that is concrete information about a concrete shift, not general dissatisfaction.

Before you read the reviews

Experience varies a lot with the type of order. A maintenance clean, a deep clean and a clean after renovation are three jobs of very different difficulty, and neither the time nor the result can be compared across them. If you are reading reviews to work out whether the service suits you, look mainly at the ones describing the kind of order you have in mind.
