What we do on the loggia

Sweep and wash the floor, wipe the railing and handrail, the sill and the inside of the glazing within reach. We move lighter furniture and window boxes; heavy planters stay where they are. It is a few extra minutes and we do not charge for it separately, but we need to know in advance, because it goes into the time estimate.

After winter it is a different job

On panel-block loggias — Lochotín, Košutka, Doubravka and elsewhere — winter leaves street dust, fallen leaves and, on upper floors, bird droppings. Those are acidic and leave a mark on an aluminium railing or on paint if left for long, so the spring clean of a loggia is worth planning as soon as the weather allows rather than in May.

The drain and the joints

The most common problem is not dirt but a blocked drain hole: leaves and grit pack into it, water stands on the floor after rain and freezes in the joints in winter. Clearing it takes a minute if you mention it in the order; if you do not, the team finds it last, once the floor is already washed.

Glazing and price
