Window cleaning price list in Pilsen

One window costs 199 CZK. What counts is the opening, not the sash: a double-sash window is one window. The price includes the glass on both sides, the frame and the sill. The minimum order is 959 CZK, so with a small number of windows it pays to combine the job with a routine clean.

Box windows

In the tenements of Jižní Předměstí and the town centre many flats still have original box windows: two rows of sashes one behind the other with a gap between them where dust and insects get in over the winter. That means four panes plus the cavity instead of two. Please put it in the note — it affects the planning of time more than the number of windows itself.

Balconies and loggias

A glazed balcony counts as separate windows, one per opening. The railing and the balcony floor are not part of window cleaning but can be added. In the new builds on Bory the glazing often runs the full height; there it helps to state the number of panes, because it cannot be counted from a photo.

When to wash

The main season is after winter: over the heating period the glass collects a mixture of dust from traffic and from the Bory industrial zone, which rain only spreads into patches. It is worth washing after the last frosts — on cold glass water freezes and the products leave marks. The other sensible date is autumn, before the heating season starts.

What affects the price

Nothing except the number of windows. Floor, lift and accessibility are not added. The only thing that can appear is travel to villages outside Pilsen — you see it in the order once the address is entered. We do not wash windows from the outside at heights that need a platform.
