Touch surfaces are the core of the job

In a surgery and a waiting room it is not the floor that decides but what people touch: door handles, grab rails, chair armrests, switches, banisters, buttons and the reception counter. These are wiped with disinfectant at every visit rather than occasionally, and that is the main difference from ordinary office cleaning. The sequence runs from clean to less clean so that nothing is carried back.

What we clean and what we leave alone

The waiting room, corridors, reception, sanitary facilities for patients and staff, floors, glazing and bins. Medical supplies, instruments, examination couches with covers and the handling of healthcare waste stay with your staff: the operator is responsible for the hygiene regime, and it is right that it stays in their hands. We say so when the scope is agreed.

Timing

We come after consulting hours or early in the morning before opening. The time is fixed in advance, because a surgery cannot be cleaned “during the day”: there is always someone in the waiting room. For practices with two shifts the morning slot before the first patient usually works.

Price and invoicing

From area and frequency, from CZK 19 per square metre with a CZK 900 minimum. Window cleaning is CZK 199 per opening. We invoice by transfer with payment terms, once a month on a regular schedule; the regularity discount is 10–20 % by frequency. Related premises are described on the office cleaning page.

Frequently asked questions

Do you disinfect surfaces?

Yes, the touch surfaces — handles, rails, armrests, switches, the counter — at every visit. That is the main difference from ordinary office cleaning.

Do you clean instruments and examination couches?

No. Instruments, supplies, covered couches and healthcare waste stay with your staff: the operator answers for the hygiene regime.

When do you come?

After consulting hours or early in the morning before opening, at a time fixed in advance. A surgery cannot be cleaned during the day — the waiting room is never empty.
