One side or both

Both sides make sense on a mattress that is turned regularly and anywhere allergies are involved. One side is enough for a mattress with a fixed top layer and for a yearly maintenance clean. We ask about it when you order rather than deciding for you.

How long it takes to dry

Extraction pulls the water back out, so the mattress is left damp rather than wet: with a window open it dries in four to six hours. Book a morning slot and you sleep in your own bed that night. Organic stains do not always come out — old marks may have changed the colour of the fibre, and we say so before we start, not afterwards.
