Who is behind the cleaning in Pilsen

CleanWhale is a cleaning service that runs through the web: you fill in the order yourself, you see the price in advance and you pick a slot from the free times. In Pilsen we work with settled crews rather than casual hires. There is a practical reason: in cleaning the difference between the first flat and the twentieth shows immediately, and someone who stays with us knows how a panel bathroom on Košutka behaves and how original parquet in a tenement on Jižní Předměstí does.

How we choose people

Every applicant goes through an interview, a trial clean and a check of their details. We do not take people looking for two weeks' work — with a regular order the same crew comes to the client, and that is impossible without a stable team. After every clean the client can rate the work; where the rating is low we get in touch ourselves and sort out what happened instead of waiting for a complaint.

Prices and paperwork

The price list is our own for Pilsen and it is fixed. A cleaned window costs 199 CZK, an oven 319 CZK, carpet cleaning 89 CZK per square metre, a sofa 825 CZK. The minimum order for a flat is 959 CZK. The figure in the order is final — we do not add anything according to how long the work turned out to take. You pay by card or in cash, every order comes with a receipt, and companies are invoiced by transfer.

Where we work

We take orders in Pilsen and in the surrounding villages. Once the address is entered you see in the order itself whether travel to your location carries a surcharge; we do not want such an item appearing only on the receipt. We also work on Saturdays, which usually decides handovers and short lets. Besides Pilsen we operate in other Czech cities, but the price list and the team are separate for each one.

When something goes wrong

Complaints are handled without forms: write to us within two days, describe what was not right, and we come back and put it right. It costs you nothing and there is no argument about whether it counts.
