What “deep” means here

Almost nothing extra — and that is deliberate. Every clean we do is a full one: floors, open surfaces, bathrooms, the kitchen from the outside. What is usually called a deep clean is that same standard plus extras — the oven interior at CZK 319, the extractor hood at CZK 319, window cleaning at CZK 199 per opening, emptying and washing cupboards. Pick three and you pay for three, not for a bundle of eight.

When that is not enough

It is a different matter when a flat has not been cleaned for years, has stood empty or something has happened in it. Such a clean cannot be priced by the number of rooms, because condition decides, not size. It is agreed individually and charged at the hourly rate of CZK 319. We can tell from a photo of the kitchen and bathroom — attach one to the order and we will set aside enough time in advance.

The kitchen is its own job

Most of the work in a deep clean is always in the kitchen, because grease bakes on and has to be dissolved rather than scrubbed off. The oven interior and the hood are the most frequently added extras; the fridge inside is CZK 319 and is worth booking after defrosting, not before.

When people book it

In spring after the heating season, before Christmas and when moving. Those visits usually include window cleaning as well, because a second trip for five windows pays off for neither side. Full rates are in the price list.
