What a flat clean costs in Pilsen

The price comes from the number of rooms and bathrooms. The base covers every room including the kitchen and the hallway, so those are not charged separately. The minimum order is 959 CZK. You see the final amount in the order before you send it, and it does not change during the clean.

What the price includes

Vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping free surfaces, the kitchen units from the outside, the sink and hob, the bathroom and toilet including the tiling around them, mirrors, rubbish and making the bed. Products and the vacuum cleaner come with us. What does not fit into the base, because it takes its own time, is added item by item: oven 319 CZK, hood 319 CZK, microwave 165 CZK, a window 199 CZK, carpet 89 CZK per square metre.

What the price depends on besides size

On the state and the type of the flat. A panel flat on Košutka and a tenement flat of the same size in the town centre are not the same job: the first has more small, broken-up surfaces, the second high ceilings, deep sills and original floors that take less water. A flat that has not been cleaned for a long time needs the products to sit longer in the kitchen and bathroom. It is not a surcharge for mess — it is about reserving enough time in advance.

One-off and regular

A one-off clean makes sense before a move, after guests, or when handing a flat to a new tenant. With a regular arrangement each visit is less demanding, so the same scope takes less time and costs less. In the rentals around the campus on Bory the two are routinely combined: regular cleaning during term and one thorough clean at changeover.
