Ordering a clean in Pilsen step by step
The order has three parts: address, scope and date. For the scope you only enter the number of rooms and bathrooms; the kitchen, the hallway and the space between rooms are included in the base clean, so there is nothing to list separately. Extras are added with a click and you see straight away how much the price changes. The minimum order is 959 CZK for a flat, 650 CZK for furniture cleaning and 1 000 CZK after renovation.
Date and travel
We take orders in Pilsen and in the surrounding villages. Once you enter the address you see whether travel to your location carries a surcharge — outside the city it is not automatic, and we do not want it turning up on the invoice. You pick the slot yourself from the free times; if your plans change, the order can be amended or cancelled from the confirmation e-mail.
Dates that repeat in Pilsen
Twice a year demand is markedly higher and it is worth booking early. June ends the university term and September starts a new one: students move out of the rentals around the campus on Bory and owners need the clean exactly between one tenant leaving and the next arriving. The second wave comes after winter, when window cleaning is booked. Short lets around Viktoria matches or Pilsner Fest have only a one-day window between guests, so the hour of arrival matters, not just the day.
What happens after you send it
You get a confirmation e-mail with links to pay, amend or cancel. The price in the confirmation is final: our rates are fixed per service and per the crew's work, so the sum does not change during the clean. You pay by card or in cash and receive a document with every order. For a regular arrangement the following slots are planned ahead and the same team comes to you. If you are unsure about the scope, start with the base clean and add extras once it is clear what is needed.
When the flat is in a noticeably worse state
For flats that have not been cleaned for a long time, or that are being taken back from tenants, it is sensible to write that straight into the order. It is not a surcharge for mess but a matter of time: grease in the kitchen and limescale in the bathroom need the product to sit, and knowing in advance we reserve more hours rather than stretching the appointment on the day. For flats after renovation a separate rate of 39 CZK per square metre applies, because construction dust is removed differently from ordinary dirt.
