Payment only after cleaning
from 7:00 to 22:00
Valcha came into being all at once and to a plan: in 1924 the city bought about ten hectares, divided them into sixty-two plots, and within four years thirty small houses stood here, with thirty-two more two years later. It is still mainly a colony of smaller family houses — around two hundred and thirty buildings and just under fifteen hundred residents. The České údolí reservoir lies on the edge of the cadastre.
Compared with the new builds on the city fringes, the houses here are compact: usually one upper floor, three or four rooms and an attic. Cleaning therefore costs less than for a two-hundred-metre house, because the price comes from floor area and the number of storeys. Rates are in the price list and the scope is described on house cleaning in Pilsen.
The reservoir is a few minutes on foot and in summer you can tell inside the houses: sand, damp towels, swimwear on the terrace. The deep clean is therefore booked for September rather than June, when the season is only starting. Through the winter the ordinary interval is enough.
Windows sit low and can be cleaned inside and out without a platform. The rate is CZK 199 per opening, minimum five, and a small house reaches it with the ground floor. We will clean the attic if it is cleared and reached by a fixed staircase; we do not climb folding ladders, which is not safe.
For a smaller house this is usually two people for a morning. An extra hour is CZK 319 and we say in advance whether it will be needed. A regular interval takes 10 to 20 % off depending on frequency — see discounts.
The Klatovy railway line runs to Valcha with its own stop, but the team travels by car and parks at the house. There is no surcharge for travel within Pilsen.
Next door are Litice and Lhota, towards the city Pilsen 3.
Yes, if it is cleared and reached by a fixed staircase. The team does not stand on a folding ladder: working there with a bucket and mop is not safe, and we would rather say so in advance.
September rather than June. Over the summer sand is tracked into the house, and cleaning before the season ends means doing the same work twice. In winter the ordinary interval is enough.
Yes, because the price comes from floor area and the number of storeys rather than the number of rooms. For a single-storey house in Valcha that usually means half a day for two people.
