Lhota is the borough of Pilsen 10 on the south-western edge of the city, joined to Pilsen on 1 January 2003. Over the last decade many new households have arrived — from just under eleven hundred residents to almost seventeen hundred — and to this belongs the Údolí slunce cottage settlement along the Radbuza, founded in 1929 as a scout and tramping camp. Cleaning here therefore looks different in winter and in summer.
Permanently occupied houses are cleaned as anywhere else: the price from floor area and the number of storeys, rates in the price list, scope on house cleaning in Pilsen. A regular interval pays off especially in new builds with a garden, where the entrance area and the stairs take the most work.
Holiday properties are cleaned twice: in spring before the season and in autumn after it. The spring clean is the harder one — after winter there is dust, damp and often traces of rodents inside. The autumn one is usually quicker and is mostly about emptying the fridge, the textiles and taking waste away. Book ahead: April and October dates go first.
Clearing a cottage or house after the season is not cleaning: furniture, mattresses and appliances are taken away as a separate item for CZK 2,500, though without building rubble or hazardous waste. Plan the removal for the day before the clean — cleaning between piles of belongings makes no sense.
The calculator works the figure out before you submit the order and it does not change on site. An extra hour is CZK 319 and we flag it before it starts counting. A regular interval takes 10 to 20 % off — see discounts.
Next door are Litice and Valcha; the whole borough area is on Pilsen 3.
Both, ideally. The spring clean removes what the winter left: dust, damp, sometimes traces of rodents. The autumn one is shorter and comes down to the fridge, the textiles and taking waste away — but it means you arrive to a ready house in spring.
Yes, as a separate item for CZK 2,500 — furniture, mattresses and household appliances. We do not take building rubble or hazardous waste: different disposal rules apply. Plan the removal for the day before the clean.
It is calculated from floor area and the number of storeys, and the figure is visible in the calculator before you submit. In a new build with a garden most of the time goes on the entrance area and the stairs, which is why a regular interval is the usual choice here.
