Area after builders

Post-renovation cleaning costs 39 CZK per square metre, minimum order 1,000 CZK. The price is fixed before work starts and does not depend on how much dust the builders left. Construction dust contains sharp particles from sanding and cutting; wiped with a damp cloth it smears into streaks and leaves fine scratches on lacquered surfaces. So the work is done dry and from the top down, in several passes. We do not remove building debris.
