What gets cleaned

Stairs and landings, corridors, the entrance hall and lobby, the lift car, railings and handrails, the windows on half-landings, cellar corridors and the bin area. Railings and handrails are the most touched surface in the building, so they are wiped at every visit rather than now and then. Window cleaning on the staircase is CZK 199 per opening.

How the price is built

From the floor area of the communal parts and from the frequency. The number of storeys matters more than the number of flats: eight floors with one flat each is more work than four floors with two. Regularity takes 10 % off monthly, 15 % twice a month and 20 % weekly — in communal areas the weekly rhythm works best, because in a week nothing has time to set.

For the owners’ committee

We invoice the owners’ association by transfer with payment terms; on a regular schedule that is one invoice a month rather than payment per visit. The schedule is fixed: you know the weekday in advance and can post it on the notice board.

What is not included

Removing bulky waste from the yard, facade washing and snow clearing are different work with different equipment. We say so when agreeing the scope, so that no part of the site turns out to have been “assumed”. House rates are in the price list.
