For a family house the price does not follow the number of rooms as it does for a flat, but the floor area and the number of storeys. A second floor means a staircase, which is cleaned separately, and carrying equipment up and down — which is why houses are priced differently from a flat of the same size. The minimum order is 959 CZK; the price is fixed and known before we arrive.
Kitchen including appliances from the outside, bathrooms and WC, living rooms, hallways and the staircase: vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping free surfaces, sills and doors, cleaning mirrors, taking out the rubbish. The inside of an oven, the hood, window cleaning and emptying cupboards are extras — oven and hood 319 CZK each, a window 199 CZK.
We drive to Litice, Černice, Křimice, Radčice, Malesice and Lhota. The journey to the further parts is longer, so the "any time during the day" option pays off there: we pick the slot to fit the crew's route and you have more to choose from. Travel within Pilsen and around it is not charged separately.
With a house regularity pays off more than with a flat, because the areas are larger and mess builds up faster. Once a month is a 10 % discount, twice a month 15 %, once a week 20 %. On a regular arrangement the same person comes and the same scope takes less time than on the first visit — so the price drops twice over.
