Office cleaning in Pilsen
Office cleaning differs from domestic work mainly in rhythm: it is not done thoroughly once in a while but often and to a fixed schedule, so that nobody notices it. The minimum order for offices is 900 CZK and the scope is agreed in advance — how many workstations, meeting rooms, kitchenettes and washrooms there are. Frequency and the length of a single visit follow from that, not the other way round.
When to clean so it does not get in the way
Most Pilsen companies choose a slot outside working hours: early, before eight, or in the evening after six. In plants with morning shifts in the industrial areas on Bory and in Skvrňany it is the other way round — there the quiet hours are late morning. Security matters too: if the premises cannot be entered unaccompanied, it is simpler to fix one slot and one team with access sorted once and for all than to arrange an escort every time.

Invoicing
Companies are invoiced by bank transfer with a due date, and the documents are prepared so they can go straight into the books. For a regular arrangement we invoice once a month rather than per visit. The scope can change during the year: offices that run at half strength over the summer routinely drop the frequency for those months and return to the old schedule in September.
Common areas
In office buildings the corridors, staircase and entrance hall matter as much as the offices. There the weather decides more than the timetable: in winter salt and grit are tracked across the floor all day, so the entrance needs cleaning more often than the rest of the floor. It is sensible to have two frequencies in one contract — higher for the entrance and corridors, lower for the offices — instead of one average that is too often for one and not enough for the other.
