Litice forms the self-governing borough of Pilsen 6 on the south-western edge of the city and, together with the Valcha cadastre, consists mainly of family houses — some seven hundred buildings rather than blocks of flats. To the north lies the České údolí reservoir, which brings half of Pilsen out here in summer. Both facts shape what cleaning looks like and when it is booked.
The price comes from floor area and the number of storeys. A typical Litice house has about a hundred and thirty square metres, two storeys, two bathrooms and a garden — two people for most of the day. The scope is described on house cleaning in Pilsen and the rates are in the price list. Flats are rare here and follow the usual calculation with a CZK 959 minimum.
The reservoir shows in two ways. In summer sand and damp towels come into the house, so the deep clean is booked for September rather than June. And the holiday properties, of which there are many, are cleaned between stays — a short window between check-out and check-in, planned for a specific hour.
Most houses heat with their own source, and ash together with fine dust spreads through the whole interior however carefully it is handled. Textiles show it most: carpets, curtains and upholstery hold dust longer than smooth surfaces. That is why carpet cleaning is the most common addition to the spring clean here.
Houses tend to have large windows onto the garden, many of them low enough to clean inside and out without a platform. The rate is CZK 199 per opening, minimum five, and a family house always reaches it. A window is one opening regardless of the number of sashes.
Litice is on the edge of the city, but there is no travel surcharge here: within the boundaries of Pilsen the journey is included, and only beyond them does CZK 30 per kilometre apply. We find the address by the church of St Peter and Paul or by the reservoir dam. Parking is at the house, so nothing has to be carried.
Towards the city you reach Bory and Skvrňany, and beyond them the borough of Pilsen 3.
No. Travel anywhere within the boundaries of Pilsen is included, Litice included. The CZK 30 per kilometre starts at the city boundary — for villages such as Dobřany or Štěnovice.
Yes, and it is planned for a specific hour rather than half a day. Put the departure time of the previous guests and the arrival of the next in the order; the sequence of work follows from that.
Extraction cleaning is a separate service and is booked separately. A vacuum will not lift fine ash from the depth of the pile, extraction will. It is most often combined with the spring deep clean so that one visit is enough.
Five openings at least. For a family house with a garden that is rarely a problem — usually the whole ground floor is done at once and the upper floor can follow later if needed.
