Payment only after cleaning
from 7:00 to 22:00
Bory is the campus of the University of West Bohemia and everything around it: rented flats that change tenants twice a year, and new buildings with large glazed surfaces. That gives two different cleaning scenarios — one tied to a fixed handover date, the other ordinary upkeep.
In June and September students arrive and leave, and owners need the flat cleaned exactly between one tenant moving out and the next moving in. In those weeks free slots go within a few days, so book early and take the windows in the same visit — one appointment instead of two, and the flat is ready to hand over as a whole.
Newer buildings are dominated by large panes of glass and glossy kitchen fronts where every wipe of a cloth shows; those are polished dry. A window counts as one opening regardless of the size of the glass, at CZK 199, so a French window or a terrace door is one window, not two.
The minimum order is CZK 959, calculated from the number of rooms and bathrooms and visible before you submit. The oven interior and the extractor hood are CZK 319 each, the microwave CZK 165 — these are added most often at handover. Regular cleaning takes 10 to 20 % off depending on the interval; the rates are in the flat cleaning price list.
Tram 4 runs from Košutka to the terminus by the university, so the team arrives quickly. We navigate by the campus, the teaching hospital and the prison wall on the way out of town. Travel within Pilsen is included in the price.
Next door are Jižní Předměstí and Skvrňany, further south Litice; the whole borough is on Pilsen 3.
Yes, provided we know the check-out and check-in times: the job is planned for a specific hour rather than half a day. In June and September those hours are taken several days in advance, so name the date early.
No. A window is one opening regardless of the size of the glass or the number of sashes — CZK 199, minimum five openings. Only an old box window with two rows of sashes counts as two, and new builds do not have those.
Most often the oven interior and the extractor hood at CZK 319 each and the microwave at CZK 165 — those are what gets inspected. If the flat was let for a year or more, upholstery and carpet cleaning is worth adding: an ordinary clean will not restore a sofa.
