Skvrňany is a panel estate next to the industrial zone, and you notice it first on the windows: fine dust settles on the glass and rain only smears it into patches. The flats are standard, around sixty square metres, with a lift in most buildings.
Many people here work shifts, so appointments are most often agreed for early morning before eight or for the first half of the day, when the flat is quiet. The “any time of day” option costs less, because the job is slotted into a free window in the team’s route.
Traffic dust and dust from the works settle evenly and, after rain, dry into patches that hold on harder than the original film. That is why windows here are booked twice a year, in spring and autumn, rather than once. One window is CZK 199 per opening, minimum five; a glazed loggia is counted by its sections.
The minimum order is CZK 959; the amount depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms and does not change during the clean. An extra hour is CZK 319. A regular interval takes off 10, 15 or 20 % depending on frequency — both ways of paying less are on the discounts page.
Skvrňany is on tram line 2 towards Světovar, so the team arrives without changing. We navigate by the industrial zone and the tram terminus. Travel within Pilsen is not charged separately.
Next door are Bory and Vnitřní Město, further out Křimice; the whole borough is on Pilsen 3.
Yes, early slots are booked here more often than elsewhere and cost no more than daytime ones. Name the time in the order: the team plans its route the evening before, and an early start is easier to arrange than a change during the day.
Dust from traffic and from the industrial zone settles as an even film and, after rain, dries into patches that cling harder than the original layer. Twice a year at CZK 199 per opening works out cheaper than once with double the work.
Yes. The “any time of day” option is cheaper because the job is fitted into a free window in the route. A regular interval takes off up to 20 % more.
