Payment only after cleaning
from 7:00 to 22:00
Jižní Předměstí grew at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries as the first big extension of Pilsen beyond the walls. What remains are blocks of tenement houses along Klatovská and Americká, flats with stucco ceilings and parquet, and ground floors that often serve as offices, surgeries and studios. People here usually deal with two things at once: a home and a workplace.
The layouts are generous — three rooms in eighty square metres is no exception — but the surfaces are more demanding than in a panel flat. Parquet must not be flooded, stucco is not wiped with a wet cloth, and the old tiles in the hall have grout that holds dirt. It is enough to write in the order what floors you have; that changes the products, not the price.
Business premises are cleaned outside opening hours, usually early in the morning or after closing. Scope and frequency are agreed separately and priced by area and frequency rather than by rooms — see office cleaning, where stricter rules on surface disinfection apply to medical rooms.
Klatovská and Americká are busy thoroughfares and it shows on the windows within weeks. Windows are charged per opening, CZK 199 each, minimum five. Flats facing the courtyard stay clean noticeably longer than street-facing ones — if you are ordering only part, start with the street side.
A flat costs at least CZK 959, the exact figure counts rooms and bathrooms and is visible before you submit. An extra hour is CZK 319. Regular jobs take 10, 15 or 20 % off depending on the interval; premises are quoted individually by area and frequency. Flat rates are in the flat cleaning price list.
Trams run along Klatovská, so the team arrives reliably even at rush hour. Parking is part of the paid zone, but there is no surcharge for that, nor for travel anywhere in Pilsen. We navigate by the Pětatřicátníků gardens, the Great Synagogue and the “Mrakodrap” building on Americká.
Next to us are Vnitřní Město and, towards the university, Bory; the whole borough is on Pilsen 3.
Yes, we work with a minimum of water and a product made for wood. An old parquet board absorbs water and swells, so it is never flooded — note in the order that the floors are wooden and the team will bring the right kit.
Yes, business premises are routinely cleaned after closing or early in the morning. The scope, including surface disinfection, is agreed in advance and priced by area and frequency, not by the number of rooms.
Five openings is the minimum. In a tenement flat that usually means the whole street side; the courtyard windows can wait, because the glass there stays clean longer.
