Vinice is the youngest panel estate in Pilsen: it went up at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s, and the last blocks were finished in 1992. Compared with older panel housing the layouts show it — flats are slightly smaller, around fifty-six to sixty square metres, but more practically arranged and cheaper to heat. On the adjoining Sylván the houses date from the late nineties onwards.
Most often regular cleaning every two weeks. The estate is home to families with children and to people who commute down into the city, so slots are agreed for the morning or, conversely, for the early evening. The second common job is end-of-tenancy cleaning: there are many rentals here and owners hand them over cleaned.
Buildings from the late eighties have plastic windows fitted during insulation works and often renovated bathrooms. That means less limescale in the grout but more work on shower enclosures and glass screens, where every mark shows. The oven and the extractor hood are booked separately at CZK 319 each and usually form part of a move-out deep clean.
The minimum for a flat is CZK 959; the calculator works out the figure from the number of rooms and bathrooms and it does not change once the order is placed. Repeat visits take off 10 % monthly, 15 % twice a month and 20 % weekly — all intervals are on the discounts page. Window cleaning is CZK 199 per opening with a five-piece minimum and has its own price list.
Vinice lies on the slope above Lochotín and the streets climb noticeably more than in the flat parts of town. For cleaning that means nothing — there is a lift in most buildings and the team only carries equipment from the car to the entrance — but parking outside is full on weekdays. It has no effect on the price: travel within Pilsen is not charged.
The tram never made it up here; buses terminate inside the estate and night lines serve it after midnight. We navigate by the Sylván lookout tower, the school and the zoo below the slope — tell us which one you are closest to and we will find the address without a long search.
We also work in Lochotín, Košutka and everywhere in Pilsen 1.
The base comes from the number of rooms and bathrooms, with a minimum of CZK 959. At a fortnightly interval 15 % comes off, which for a typical flat here is a visible difference within the first quarter.
No. You can hand over the keys in advance, leave them with a neighbour, or order a key pick-up for CZK 200. Please note it in the order, because the detour has to be built into the team’s route.
Yes. A window means one opening regardless of the number of sashes, at CZK 199, including glass on both sides, the frame and the sill. The minimum order is five windows, which in a flat here usually means the whole place at once.
