Payment only after cleaning
from 7:00 to 22:00
Košutka is a panel estate on the northern edge of the city with flats larger than the local average: 3+1 layouts of about seventy square metres dominate. More floor area means more windows and more bathrooms, and it is those, not the square metres, that decide how long a clean takes. Lifts are almost everywhere and the buildings are taller than in the neighbouring districts.
The base price is calculated from the number of rooms and bathrooms, so a 3+1 with two bathrooms costs more than a two-room flat of the same size with one. The minimum order is CZK 959 and you see the figure in the calculator before submitting. An extra hour is CZK 319, and the team leader says so before starting to count it.
One window is CZK 199 per opening regardless of the number of sashes: a three-part panel window counts as one. A glazed loggia is counted by its sections — four to six here — so it covers the five-piece minimum on its own. In a 3+1 the whole set including the loggia takes about two hours.
The main wave comes after winter, when a season of heating leaves a film of traffic dust on the glass. The second is before handing a flat back, when the oven interior and the extractor hood are added at CZK 319 each — those are exactly what gets inspected. Spring slots in Košutka go quickly, because the whole estate books in the same few weeks.
Košutka is the terminus of tram line 4, so the team arrives without changes and morning slots are easy to plan. Parking is easier than in the centre and travel within Pilsen is included in the price.
Closest are Lochotín and Bolevec, further east Vinice; the whole borough is on Pilsen 1.
Because the price comes from the number of rooms and bathrooms rather than the floor area: a three-room flat has more separate spaces, and a second bathroom adds a full block of work. The logic is visible in the calculator and set out in the price list.
As many as it has opening sections — usually four to six in Košutka. Each is CZK 199, so the loggia alone reaches the five-window minimum and can be booked without the rest of the flat.
A week to ten days is safer. After the heating season the whole estate books in the same weeks and morning slots go first; for the rest of the year two or three days is enough.
