Pilsen 1 is the largest residential borough in the city. It covers Lochotín, Bolevec, Košutka and Vinice — panel estates of the seventies and eighties — plus the low-rise streets of Roudná and family houses on Bílá Hora.
The floor areas are modest but the surfaces are many, and the time goes on the kitchen and the bathroom rather than on square metres: tiling to the ceiling, limescale in the grout, grease on the side of the kitchen units. Most buildings have a lift, so equipment goes up quickly.
Each part of the borough has its own particulars, described separately: Lochotín, Košutka, Bolevec, Vinice. The low-rise parts are covered by Roudná and Bílá Hora.
The minimum order is CZK 959, calculated from the number of rooms and bathrooms and visible before you submit. An extra hour is CZK 319, a window CZK 199 per opening with a five-piece minimum. Travel anywhere in Pilsen is included. Regular intervals take 10 to 20 % off — see discounts.
Next door is Pilsen 3 with the historic centre; east of us are Doubravka and Lobzy.
No. The price is the same across Pilsen and comes from the number of rooms and bathrooms, with a minimum of CZK 959; travel anywhere in the city is free. What differs is what people book most often — the individual district pages set that out.
A two-room flat of about sixty square metres takes roughly two and a half hours, a three-room flat with two bathrooms three to four. The kitchen and bathroom take the most, not the living rooms; after a long gap it is worth adding an hour at CZK 319.
Once a fortnight: 15 % off, and the flat never gets far enough out of hand for the visit to run past its base time. All the options are on the discounts page.
