Payment only after cleaning

Roudná lies in a bend of the Mže between the centre and Lochotín, and it is one of the few parts of Pilsen where a house from the First Republic stands opposite a panel block. It was a working-class quarter for a long time; after 1989 the picture changed, and today the shops and the centre are closer from here than from anywhere else in the north of the city. For cleaning, what matters most is that people live low and near the water.
Most buildings have an inhabited ground floor, and some streets fall within the flood zone. That means damper masonry, bathroom grout that darkens sooner, and cellars that never quite dry out. Cleaning will not change that — it is a job for damp proofing — but the smell can be dealt with: ozone treatment of the cellar and hallway lasts several months and is booked after the clean, not before.
Flats here are around sixty square metres, often in buildings without a lift. We add nothing for carrying equipment upstairs; we only ask you to put the floor in the order so the team allows for it. In flats with original wooden floors we work with a minimum of water: water lifts an old board and no one will level it again.
A flat starts at CZK 959, the calculator works the figure out from rooms and bathrooms, and it does not change after you submit. An extra hour is CZK 319. For family houses the area and the number of storeys decide; the rates are in the house cleaning price list, those for flats in the flat price list.
When the water goes down this is no longer cleaning in the ordinary sense: silt is removed from floors and skirting, furniture is moved and dried, and only then are surfaces cleaned. It is charged as cleaning after renovation — CZK 39 per square metre with a CZK 1,000 minimum.
Roudná is close to the centre, but there is no paid zone here and you can usually stop by the house. We navigate by the Mže embankment and the bridge towards Lochotín. Travel within Pilsen costs nothing.
Up the slope are Lochotín and Vinice; the whole borough is on Pilsen 1.
Not with the cause — that is damp proofing, and promising otherwise would be dishonest. With the smell, yes: ozone breaks down its source in masonry and textiles and the effect lasts several months. It is booked after the clean.
No, carrying equipment upstairs is not charged separately. Put the floor in the order: a fourth floor without a lift means slightly longer preparation, and that is accounted for when the day is planned, not on the invoice.
CZK 39 per square metre with a CZK 1,000 minimum — the after-renovation rate, because the work is the same: first a layer of dirt is removed, then the surfaces are washed. Ordinary flat cleaning from CZK 959 does not apply here.
