Payment only after cleaning

Bolevec holds together two kinds of building that have almost nothing in common. To the south stand panel blocks put up between 1975 and 1982; to the north the old village green survives with timbered and masonry farmsteads, protected as a rural heritage zone since 1995. Cleaning here therefore looks different depending on which way the team drives.
In the blocks around Kotíkovská and Plaská the flats are 2+1 and 3+1, usually sixty to seventy square metres. There is a lift almost everywhere, so vacuum and buckets go up without carrying them upstairs and the slot fits between two other jobs. The bathroom takes the longest: tiling runs to the ceiling and limescale sits in the grout, where a cloth achieves nothing — a product goes on and is left to work.
In the heritage zone it is the other way round. There are more rooms, higher ceilings, often wooden floors and a narrow staircase. This is billed as house cleaning rather than a flat, because floor area and the number of storeys decide the price, not the number of rooms. If you would rather not choose, put the size in the order and we will say which option comes out cheaper.
The lowest amount for a flat is CZK 959 and you see it in the calculator before you submit — it does not change on site. An extra hour is CZK 319, the oven interior the same, the extractor hood too. Regular cleaning takes 10 % off at a monthly interval, 15 % for two visits a month and 20 % weekly; the flat rates are in the flat cleaning price list.
The Bolevec ponds are the reason people book more here in spring and autumn than elsewhere. After a summer by the water sand gets tracked indoors; in autumn it is leaves and mud from the paths around the Great Bolevec Pond. Ground and first-floor households usually book a deep clean twice a year instead of once — and it works out the same, because nothing gets ground in.
Trams 1 and 4 and the buses along Plaská reach the estate, so the team gets right to the door and early slots are easy to plan. We navigate by the 1930s school, the village green or the dam of the Great Pond. Parking is easier than in the inner city and travel within Pilsen costs nothing extra.
We also work in Košutka, Lochotín and across Pilsen 1.
Yes, but they are booked as house cleaning, because the price is calculated from floor area and the number of storeys. In timbered sections and on wooden floors we use less water and different products than in a panel flat — say in the order what kind of building it is.
For a typical Bolevec flat of around sixty-five square metres, expect three to four hours. The exact time depends on the number of bathrooms and on how long it has been since the last clean; after a long gap it is worth adding an hour at CZK 319.
Yes, weekend slots are routine and cost no more. In Bolevec the Saturday mornings fill earlier than elsewhere, so it pays to book a few days ahead.
