Payment only after cleaning

Černice is a self-governing borough, Pilsen 8, on the southern edge of the city, and it has two faces. The village core with its vernacular classicist buildings has been protected since 1995, while whole streets of new family houses have grown up around it. Most jobs go to those — and far more often than elsewhere, it is the first clean after the builders leave.
A new house is cleaned differently before you move in. Construction dust contains sharp particles from sanding and cutting: a wet cloth smears them into streaks and leaves scratches on lacquered surfaces. The work is therefore done dry, from the top down, in several passes. It is charged by area, CZK 39 per square metre with a CZK 1,000 minimum — details on cleaning after renovation.
The glass of new houses keeps residues of adhesive, mortar and stickers that a cloth will not lift. They are taken off with a blade and solvent and only then is the glass washed, which is why a post-construction window is CZK 209 rather than the usual 199. In a new build with large glazed areas it pays to order them together with the clean, not a week later when the dust has settled again.
After moving in, most households switch to regular cleaning every two weeks. The price comes from floor area and the number of storeys; for houses here of around a hundred and thirty square metres with two bathrooms and a garage that usually means two people. Repeat visits take 10 to 20 % off depending on the interval — see discounts.
The protected part holds vernacular classicist houses and a baroque wayside shrine from 1742. Cleaning there respects the original surfaces: less water, no aggressive chemistry on stone and wood. It is different work from a new build two streets away, and it is agreed separately.
Parking is right by the houses, you can stop at the door and nothing has to be carried. Travel within Pilsen adds nothing even though Černice sits at the very southern edge. Whole-day slots are agreed in advance, because work in a house cannot be squeezed between two other jobs.
Closest is Božkov, then Slovany, and across town Pilsen 3.
After the last crew has left and the building materials are cleared. Cleaning between piles of offcuts is pointless — the dust settles again and the work gets paid for twice.
No, neither rubble nor hazardous waste: different rules and a different disposal site apply. Bulky household waste we can remove, as a separate item.
Because the glass is first cleared of adhesive, mortar and stickers with a blade and solvent and only then washed. The difference is ten crowns per opening — CZK 209 instead of 199 — with the frame and sill included as usual.
Yes, if you list it in the order and it is cleared. The floor is swept and washed, but degreasing oil stains and pressure-washing concrete are not part of ordinary cleaning.
