Slovany means tenement houses along Slovanská avenue and old village cores in Koterov, Božkov and Bručná. The mix of buildings decides the amount of work more than the floor area does: a tenement flat has high ceilings and old floors, while the panel part has small bathrooms tiled to the ceiling.
Old floors and high ceilings

Price
The minimum order is CZK 959, calculated from the number of rooms and bathrooms. An extra hour is CZK 319. Regular cleaning costs less than one-off work: 10 % at a monthly interval, 15 % for two visits a month, 20 % weekly.

In Koterov, Božkov and Bručná the orders are mostly houses, and those are calculated from floor area and the number of storeys — a separate price list. Write the size in the order and we will say which option comes out cheaper.
