Payment only after cleaning

Koterov is the south-eastern edge of Pilsen 2, and its village green counts among the best preserved in the whole Pilsen region — a rural heritage reserve since 1995. Classicist farmsteads from the nineteenth century stand around the green, and most of the barns and byres were added after 1850. Over two thousand people live here in roughly five hundred houses; flats are few.
Cleaning in the reserve is more careful than in a new build. Thick walls hold moisture, ground-floor rooms often have stone or brick floors, and the staircase is wooden. Less water is used, no aggressive chemistry touches stone or wood, and the work goes in sections with drying in between. Say in the order what kind of building it is and the team will load different equipment.
We do not clean barns, byres or farm buildings: that is different work with different equipment, and promising it as part of a house clean would be dishonest. The living quarters, the attic and the cellar we do, provided they are cleared and accessible. Clearing out and removal is a separate item.
For a house, floor area and the number of storeys decide; the rates are in the house cleaning price list. A flat, of which there are a handful here, starts at CZK 959 under the flat price list. An extra hour is CZK 319 and we flag it before we start counting.
Most houses heat with their own source and fine ash spreads through the whole interior. A cloth lifts it off smooth surfaces, but not out of carpets and upholstery — only extraction does that. That is why carpet extraction at CZK 89 per square metre is the usual companion to the spring clean here.
You can stop at the house, so equipment is not carried. We navigate by the green and the church; travel within Pilsen adds nothing.
Next door are Božkov and Slovany, to the south Bručná.
No. That is different work with different equipment, and we do not promise it as part of a house clean. The living quarters, attic and cellar we do clean, provided they are cleared and freely accessible.
That is exactly why it is not flooded: we work in sections, with a minimum of water, letting each part dry as we go. Thick walls and old floors hold moisture for a long time, and an excess of it shows for weeks afterwards.
CZK 89 per square metre. It is a separate service, usually booked together with the spring clean so that one visit is enough. A vacuum will not lift fine ash from the depth of the pile; extraction will.
