Payment only after cleaning
from 7:00 to 22:00
Bručná is a quiet belt of family houses along Nepomucká that links Slovany with Černice while keeping a character of its own. Older housing has been joined by projects of the last fifteen years, so a house from the seventies stands next to a new build with a heat pump. There is still plenty of free land between Bručná and Černice, so new households arrive every year.
Older houses have smaller windows, tiled ground floors and a staircase to the upper floor; new builds have large glazed areas, open space and fewer dividing walls. The difference is in the time, not the price: an open ground floor is quicker to clean but has more glass. Either way the price comes from floor area and the number of storeys under the house cleaning price list.
Newly finished houses start with cleaning after the trades. Construction dust carries sharp particles from sanding, which a wet cloth smears into streaks and which leave scratches on lacquered surfaces; the work is therefore dry, from the top down and in several passes. The rate is CZK 39 per square metre with a CZK 1,000 minimum — details on cleaning after renovation.
A new house usually comes with a move, and with it the cleaning of the old flat before handover. Both can be done in a single day if the times are agreed in advance: cleaning after the removal van is booked for an hour, not for the following day.
After moving in, most households switch to a fortnightly interval at 15 % off. An extra hour is CZK 319, and we say so before it starts counting rather than on the invoice.
To the north Slovany, to the south Černice, to the east Koterov.
The cleaning itself is not — it is priced by area and storeys. Only the glass is separate: CZK 199 per opening regardless of size, minimum five openings, which a house reaches with its ground floor.
Yes, if both times are named in advance. The flat is cleaned after the removal van has gone — at a specific hour, not “whenever it is free”, otherwise the team waits for the movers and the day falls apart.
After the last crew has left and the materials are cleared. Cleaning between piles of offcuts is pointless: the dust settles again and the work gets paid for twice.
