Radčice is the self-governing borough of Pilsen 7 in the north-west of the city — just under three hundred and fifty houses and about a thousand residents. The core with its farmsteads, chapel and green has been a rural heritage zone since 1995, while an industrial area has grown up on the other side, towards the Malesice boundary. The residential part is small and easy to survey, so jobs here tend to be whole houses rather than single rooms.
The protected part holds old farmsteads with thick walls and floors of stone or brick. They are cleaned with less water and without aggressive chemistry; the work goes in sections and surfaces are left to dry. The price is the same as anywhere else — only the method and the equipment differ.
Outside the core, ordinary family houses from the second half of the twentieth century and new builds prevail. There cleaning is predictable and is most often agreed on a fixed interval: 15 % off every two weeks, 20 % weekly. Rates for houses are in the price list and the scope is described on house cleaning in Pilsen.
By the Malesice boundary there is an industrial area with smaller workshops and warehouses. They are cleaned outside operating hours, usually early in the morning or after the shift, and priced by area and frequency — the terms are on commercial cleaning.
A window counts as one opening regardless of the number of sashes: CZK 199 each, minimum five. Old farmsteads tend to have small windows but many of them, so the minimum is reached on a single floor.
We park at the house and carry no equipment. We navigate by the green with its chapel; travel within Pilsen adds nothing.
Next door are Křimice and Malesice; the nearest city borough is Skvrňany.
No, it is calculated the same way — floor area and the number of storeys. What differs is the sequence of work: less water, no aggressive chemistry on stone and wood, cleaning in sections with drying.
Yes, outside working hours. Such premises are priced by area and frequency rather than by rooms, and the scope is agreed before the first visit — along with access and keys.
A fixed interval: 15 % off every two weeks, 20 % weekly. Dirt never sets, and the visit fits its base time without the extra hour at CZK 319.
