How the amount is arrived at

The starting point is 900 CZK — below that we do not take a commercial order, because the travel and the set-up cost more than the work itself. Above that the figure is built from three numbers: the floor area to be covered, how many times a week we come, and how many washrooms are in play. Washrooms weigh the most: one extra doubles the sanitary part of every single visit.

What moves the figure up and down

Frequency downward, area upward. Five visits a week cost less per visit than two, because between two visits nothing has time to accumulate and the same round is quicker. A hundred square metres of open plan is cheaper per metre than a hundred metres split into eight rooms with doors. Consumables — soap, paper, bin liners — are billed at cost against the receipt, so you are not paying our margin on toilet paper.

Extras and their prices

Windows 199 CZK per opening, carpets 89 CZK per square metre, office chairs by the piece on request. These sit outside the regular round and are quoted per order rather than folded into the monthly figure, so you can see what you are paying for and drop them in a lean quarter.

The contract and the invoice

No deposit, no minimum term, one month's notice. The invoice goes out once a month with a due date, itemised by visit so it can be checked against the access log. Changing the scope does not need a new contract — an e-mail is enough, and it applies from the next invoicing period.
