A steam cleaner is not a universal tool. It works where heat dissolves grease and kills what a cloth cannot reach: tile grout, the space behind sanitary ware, joints around the shower tray. Say in the order note if you would like it used, and we bring it along.
On tiles and grout in the bathroom, on the kitchen splashback, and around the toilet and the base of the shower. It is also useful in flats where someone in the household is allergic to cleaning products: steam replaces part of the chemistry.
On parquet and laminate, where moisture gets into the joints; on old grout, which the pressure washes out; on painted surfaces and on stucco, common in the older buildings of the Pilsen centre. Silicone joints tolerate steam, but only briefly. If in doubt, the cleaner tests a hidden spot first — reversing damage from steam is usually impossible.
