Yes. We hire officially: there is a contract and payouts go to your account once a week. To work in Czechia you need documents that give you the right to work — a residence permit or another authorisation. We check them when you join, and without them you cannot start.
Earnings are calculated as a share of the order value, not as an hourly rate — working faster means more per hour. Payouts go to your account once a week. The exact share and terms are agreed at the interview: they depend on whether you have your own transport and whether you take jobs in the outer parts of Pilsen.
No, a certificate from an occupational medicine doctor is not required. What you do need is documents giving you the right to work in Czechia and a willingness to go through a short induction before your first jobs: it covers the order of work and the surfaces that do not tolerate water or ordinary cleaning chemicals.
It depends on which jobs you take. Three days of large jobs — houses or post-renovation cleaning — pay more than five days of small ones. Earnings are calculated from the order value, not from hours, so the volume matters more than the number of shifts. Exact figures are given at the interview.
We are looking for people to clean flats, houses and offices in Pilsen and around. You pick the jobs yourself in the app: you see the address, the scope and the pay before you accept. Nobody assigns you a clean whose contents you do not know.
Jobs are across the whole city — Lochotín, Bolevec, Skvrňany, Doubravka, Slovany, Bory, Doudlevce — and in the surrounding villages. In the app you can choose which parts of the city you want to work in, so you do not have to cross Pilsen between two jobs. For most people that ends up being two or three districts that lie on their way.
A two-room flat takes about three hours, a larger one proportionally more. You are given the products and the equipment; you do not need your own vacuum cleaner. After each job the client rates you; a good rating means more offers and regular clients who pick you again — in practice that shows most in how much of your time goes on travelling and how much on working.
Experience with cleaning is an advantage but not a condition — we train. Reliability is a condition: we work with settled crews, and with a regular order the same person goes to the client, so people who stay for two weeks do not help us. Applicants go through an interview, a trial clean and a check of their details. The busiest months are June and September, when students move in Pilsen, and after winter in the window-cleaning season.
Fill in the form, we get in touch and arrange an interview. After it comes a trial clean with someone from the team, which shows the pace and what needs adjusting — it is not a scored exam but an ordinary job done by two. You can also work in a pair, for example with a partner: in larger flats and houses it is faster and clients welcome it.
