Replacing incandescent, halogen, fluorescent bulbs

Changing a bulb — 150 CZK for an incandescent, halogen or fluorescent tube. It is the cheapest item on the list and also the one that makes no sense on its own: the call-out costs more work than the task. It is worth it when the fitting is high up — typically an older flat with a chandelier four metres above the floor — and when a whole run is being changed at once, say when moving to LED. With a dimmer, say so: a non-dimmable LED lamp will flicker in it.
