Replacing the lock on the mailbox

Replacing a mailbox lock — 250 CZK, including a new lock of the usual type. The commonest reasons are a lost key or moving into a flat whose previous tenant never returned them. The old lock is drilled out and replaced, and you get two keys. In the older aluminium boxes in the panel blocks on Košutka and in Bolevec the opening sometimes has to be adjusted, since eighties dimensions differ from today's. Check first that the box is yours and not the building management's.
