Pick up the keys before cleaning

Key pick-up before cleaning — 200 CZK. You hand the key over at an agreed spot in Plzeň, the team lets itself in, cleans, and returns the key the same way. It is the usual choice for rentals between tenants and whenever the owner does not live in the city. Both the hand-over and the return are confirmed in writing, so it is always documented who held the key and when. If the building has a key safe or a reception desk, that is faster and cheaper — say so when ordering and the fee is dropped.
