No elevator and above the 2nd floor

Surcharge for no lift above the second floor — 500 CZK. It is not a charge for stairs as such but for time: every item is carried by hand, and in a larger flat that means hours of extra work. It applies when the building has no lift and the flat is on the third floor or higher, or when there is a lift but the furniture will not fit inside. In Plzeň panel housing the second case comes up more often than people expect — cabins from the eighties have a small footprint. Reserved parking helps most of all.
