Mounting/replacing a chandelier with a lamp

Fitting a light or chandelier — 500 CZK. The price covers taking the old fitting down, mounting the new one, wiring and testing. In the town-centre tenements the ceiling is often over three metres and working from an ordinary stepladder is not safe there, so put the ceiling height in the order. A heavy fitting is anchored into the structure, not into the ceiling rose; plasterboard ceilings need a stud or a brace, and we propose one rather than hanging it on something that will not hold.
