Installation of the wash basin

Installing a washbasin — 600 CZK. The price covers setting the basin, fitting the trap, connecting supply and waste, and a leak test. The tap is charged separately: fitting or replacing one is 400 CZK. Watch the hole spacing and the waste height — in older flats they differ from today's standard, and in the town-centre tenements a new basin often will not sit on the original brackets, so fresh holes have to be drilled. A photo sent in advance saves a whole visit. Removing the old basin is 400 CZK.
