It is charged by area: 39 CZK per square metre, minimum order 1 000 CZK. The rate is fixed and does not change during the clean. The scope is worked out from the floor area rather than the number of rooms — in an empty flat after renovation that is both more accurate and easier to verify.
Construction dust contains sharp particles from grinding and cutting. A wet cloth smears them into patches and leaves fine scratches on lacquered surfaces. So the work goes dry and from the top — ceilings, light fittings, upper edges, then walls and frames, then windows and finally floors, in several passes. The vacuum filter is changed during the job, otherwise the dust goes back into the room.
Window cleaning at 199 CZK a window — after renovation it always pays off, because adhesive and paint residues stay on the glass. The inside of an oven 319 CZK and the hood 319 CZK if the kitchen was in use during the work. Carpet cleaning at 89 CZK per square metre where the carpets could not be taken out.
In new builds on Bory it is usually dust from the finishing trades: the work is mostly on large glazed areas and on floors before the move-in. In refits of tenement flats in the town centre the dust is coarser, because demolition happens in an old building, and often the flat is lived in at the same time — there the clean is agreed in stages, room by room.
