The list is per item, not per hour: you pay for the work, not for time spent on site. Furniture assembly 250 CZK, fitting a shelf or mirror 300 CZK, hanging pictures and boards 250 CZK, curtain rails 300 CZK, replacing a mailbox lock 250 CZK.

Water and waste

Replacing a tap 400 CZK, connecting a washing machine 400 CZK, fitting a washbasin 600 CZK, a toilet 600 CZK, a bidet 650 CZK, a urinal 550 CZK. Replacing the hoses to a tap 350 CZK, removing a bidet, basin or WC 400 CZK, fitting a bathroom fan 600 CZK.

Electrical

Changing a bulb or tube 150 CZK, fitting a switch 250 CZK, repairing electrical connections 350 CZK, fitting a socket 500 CZK, a light or chandelier 500 CZK, repairing one 500 CZK, connecting a hob 500 CZK, replacing fuses 500 CZK, running an electrical point 500 CZK. If you do not know where the fault is, order diagnostics at 1 000 CZK.

Doors and furniture

Fitting or replacing a handle 350 CZK, a lock cylinder 350 CZK, repairing and adjusting a door 650 CZK. Repairing beds and couches 400 CZK, repairing a sliding wardrobe including bonding the mirror 650 CZK, replacing fridge door hinges 450 CZK. In family houses in Litice and Černice the commonest job is adjusting doors and windows after the season, when timber moves with the humidity.

Materials and travel

You can buy the materials yourself, or for 500 CZK we drive to the shop and get them as agreed; the cost is added against the receipt. For specific parts it is quicker if you have them at home — the technician then finishes on the first visit instead of two.
